Katherine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications from Texas Tech University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington. In addition to leading the team, she is a licensed broker and a Certified Home Stager. With hands-on experience in personal home flips, extensive renovations, and managing a portfolio of rental properties, Katherine brings a deep well of knowledge and expertise to every client interaction—helping sellers make a powerful first impression and guiding buyers and investors through complex, high-stakes real estate transactions with confidence.
